EXCHANGE and RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As soon as you receive the order, you have 14 days to request for return/exchange. To return your item or exchange the same, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +974 3120 2022.
Note: Products under Bikinis and Swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- After approval, refunds shall be generated to the original mode of payment.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days or more to reflect on your account as payment providers may have varying processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received your refund even after 7 working days (specified time period), check your bank account again.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all this and still haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
